  1. Card Acceptance and Usage: Our international Master and Visa cards boast a 99.9% acceptance rate worldwide, wherever Visa or Mastercard are accepted. Should you encounter any issues during a card payment, it is your responsibility to contact our support team promptly for assistance. Please be aware that if you continue to attempt payment despite receiving error notifications or if your transaction exceeds your prepaid balance, a penalty of $2 will be deducted from your balance.
  2. USDT Purchase Responsibility: When purchasing USDT, it is crucial that you accurately input your receiving address in the checkout form. Kimem Pay will not be held liable for any loss of funds resulting from incorrectly entered recipient addresses. Please double-check all details before finalizing your purchase.
  3. Verified PayPal Account Guarantee: Our verified PayPal accounts come with a 2-year usability guarantee. In the event of an issue arising during this period, we will provide free maintenance. However, please note that in certain circumstances, minor fees may apply depending on the nature of the issue.
  4. Service Faults and Refunds: If any service fault originates from Kimem Pay's end, we will provide a refund to the affected user. The refund will be processed either through direct ETB funding or by reserving the equivalent value for the service originally requested, depending on the situation and user preference.
